Welcome to Wacafast. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Wacafast platform, including our website and booking services. By accessing or using Wacafast, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

About Wacafast

Wacafast is a digital travel coordination and scheduling platform designed to help passengers move faster by organizing interstate trips through verified transport terminals. We do not own, operate, or control buses or vehicles. Our role is to streamline booking, boarding, and departure by working closely with terminal operators.

User Eligibility

To use Wacafast, you must be at least 18 years old, create an account using valid contact information, provide accurate details during booking, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Account Registration

You must create an account to book trips on Wacafast. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date, and all activities carried out under your account. Wacafast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Seat Reservation

When you book through Wacafast, you are reserving a seat for a specific terminal, destination, scheduled departure time, trip number, and assigned bus code. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment. Passengers are responsible for carefully reviewing all booking details before proceeding with payment. This includes the selected terminal, route, destination, travel date, departure time, and number of seats. Once payment is completed, the booking is confirmed for the selected trip and cannot be changed.

Payment Processing

Payments on Wacafast are completed through direct bank transfers. Once payment is successfully completed, your booking is automatically confirmed. No payment proof is required. Wacafast does not store bank account details or full payment information. We only receive confirmation that payment was successful. Your payment covers the transport fare and a Wacafast convenience fee. This convenience fee supports trip coordination and platform operations.

Refund Policy

All bookings on Wacafast are non refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the seat is allocated and operational arrangements are made for that trip. No refunds or trip transfers apply for missed trips, late arrival, or booking details entered incorrectly by the passenger. Passengers are advised to ensure all booking details are correct before completing payment.

Boarding Requirements

Passengers are expected to arrive at the terminal on time for their scheduled departure. A ten minute grace period is provided after the scheduled departure time to allow for verification and boarding. To board a bus, passengers must present their trip number and match the assigned bus code displayed on the vehicle. Passengers are also required to follow terminal instructions and complete verification with Wacafast staff where applicable. Failure to complete verification within the grace period may result in a missed trip.

Missed Trips

If a passenger arrives after the grace period, the bus may depart as scheduled and the reserved seat will be forfeited. Missed trips cannot be transferred to another departure.

Luggage policy

Wacafast payments cover seat reservation only. Luggage fees are handled separately between passengers and drivers according to terminal practices. Wacafast staff do not collect luggage fees, and luggage charges are not included in Wacafast payments. Oversized or excess luggage may attract additional charges or be declined at the terminal.

Service Limitations

Wacafast is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by traffic conditions, mechanical issues, weather, driver conduct, road incidents, or terminal operations. While we coordinate scheduling and verification, transportation services are provided by independent terminal operators.

Trip Adjustments

In rare situations, trips may be rescheduled, merged, or assigned a different vehicle due to operational reasons. Where possible, affected passengers will be notified through email or platform communication.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use Wacafast for unlawful purposes, create fraudulent accounts, attempt to manipulate pricing, access the platform without authorization, impersonate Wacafast staff, or interfere with platform operations. Wacafast may suspend or terminate access to the platform if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud, disrupts operations, or misuses the service. Users may request account closure through support.

Changes to Terms

Wacafast may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the platform. Continued use of Wacafast after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Liability Disclaimer

Wacafast is not a transport provider. We act solely as a coordination and booking platform. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Wacafast is not liable for losses, injuries, accidents, delays, missed connections, lost items, or any issues arising from transportation services provided by terminals or drivers. Passengers travel at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on Wacafast, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Wacafast and may not be copied, modified, or used without written permission.
